Role
Lead and define group vision and strategy for all communication products at Euroclear Group (I)CSD’s.
You will engage actively with commercial, product management, architecture and (I)CSD management teams to articulate a group view on functional components of our communication products such as user access management, message formats (EasyWay screens, ISO15022, ISO20022, proprietary, …), connectivity channels (SWIFT, BT, Verizon, …) providers for client as well as depositaries, T2S, cash correspondents, regulators and vendor suppliers.
Consequently, you will sponsor the various roadmap initiatives to realize your communication business plan.
Represent the product division in the DCX Management Team and manage relationships with SWIFT and BT.
More particularly, the Group Head of Product Communication is a transversal product role, with following responsibilities:
1. Business responsibility for leading the services delivered by the communication & reporting infrastructure to the various business products/innovation initiatives.
2. Provide competitive communication & reporting services to clients, delivering added customer value for client loyalty and revenue generation.
3. Act as guardian of the DCX business principles & ensure evolution of those as per technology evolution and clients feedback.
4. Ensure that the DCX business principles are translated into the appropriate ADM and Technology architecture principles.
5. Ensure that communication & reporting services are delivered as per the most up to date User Experience principles.
6. Provide services to all group entities so to build the framework for a single Euroclear Brand.
7. Build communication plan & support communication effort around the DCX services and DCX principles.

9. The Group Head of Product Communication must possess a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related business field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
10. Requires 15+ years experience, 10 in leadership at a top financial firm, 5 in Digital/Product Development.
11. An experience in a financial Market Infrastructure organization and familiarity with the network industry in the financial industry would be considered as a real asset.
12. A strong experience in setting the strategic vision, direction, and standards for championing a best-in-class customer experience across digital platforms is a real asset.
13. Leadership Skills: Providing direction, Strategic agility, Business Sense, Self-reflection and Inspiring/Engaging are important skills needed to be a strong leader at Euroclear. The candidate needs to be an "inspiring leader".
14. Seek a candidate who is a strategic problem solver, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
15. The candidate should be comfortable working in group settings and with collaborators.
16. Communication Skills: As expected, communication skills are an integral requirement for the role.
17. Good communication skills will be necessary in communicating clear information and instructions down the line to strategy management teams, which will greatly improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
18. Communicate strategic information to business-wide leadership, executives, and collaborators for effective strategy implementation.
19. Therefore, these reports must be insightful, clear, easy-to-understand, engaging, and convincing, in order to facilitate appropriate strategy decision-making across the business.
