Development of customized energy solutions to decarbonize production sites of large industrial customers usually based on a BOO (Build, Own & Operate) model Optimizing project development, realization, operation and maintenance as an integrated business model including discounted cash-flow modelling and risk management Project acquisition, conceptual design, preparation of a technical & commercial proposal, contract negotiations until final investment decision including signature Optimization/modification of existing assets by implementing new technologies and negotiation of the agreements with the customer Identifications of new opportunities and building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Benelux Academic degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, energy economics or economics with technical focus At least 3 years of experience in business development and management, ideally in on-site energy solutions within an international environment; experience in project implementation or plant operation/maintenance is a plus Strong ability to optimize solutions by integrating technical, commercial, and legal aspects Team-oriented and independent working style, proactive mindset, high commitment to excellence, attention to detail and accuracy Business...
