What will you do?

• Identify and engage stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements for GRC processes.
• Map and analyze existing GRC tools and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and sustainability goals.
• Evaluate tooling options and propose a tailored GRC tooling strategy.
• Prepare and deliver a detailed roadmap for GRC implementation, including resource and licensing needs.
• Lead the execution of the GRC roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Facilitate workshops and steering committees, presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor and support the application of regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2, ISO27001, GDPR) within sustainability initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Master degree
• Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing GRC concepts and processes.
• Proven experience as a lead in at least two GRC tooling selection and implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with GRC tool implementation.
• Project management experience, using methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitation at all organizational levels.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks relevant to sustainability (NIS2, ISO27001, GDPR).
• Experience in complex, large-scale environments with multiple high-ranking stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• At least 2 days per week on-site.
• Legal authorization to work in Belgium.
• Certification: At least one of the following—ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, or an ISACA certification (preferably CGEIT and/or CRISC).
