What will you do?
- Identify and engage stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements for GRC processes.
- Map and analyze existing GRC tools and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and sustainability goals.
- Evaluate tooling options and propose a tailored GRC tooling strategy.
- Prepare and deliver a detailed roadmap for GRC implementation, including resource and licensing needs.
- Lead the execution of the GRC roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Facilitate workshops and steering committees, presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor and support the application of regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2, ISO27001, GDPR) within sustainability initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Master degree
- Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing GRC concepts and processes.
- Proven experience as a lead in at least two GRC tooling selection and implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with GRC tool implementation.
- Project management experience, using methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitation at all organizational levels.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks relevant to sustainability (NIS2, ISO27001, GDPR).
- Experience in complex, large-scale environments with multiple high-ranking stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
- At least 2 days per week on-site.
- Legal authorization to work in Belgium.
- Certification: At least one of the following—ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, or an ISACA certification (preferably CGEIT and/or CRISC).
