Context
As part of a strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation program within a major banking group, we are migrating the existing IAM solution (Garançy) to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
The role focuses on the deployment of MVP1, the design of IAG processes, and close collaboration with Group headquarters based in France, local stakeholders, and technical teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Functional & Business Analysis
* Act as a functional/business analyst within the IAM migration program (Garançy → SailPoint IIQ).
* Gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements related to IAM and access governance.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for developers and integrators.
* Ensure alignment with Group IAM standards and policies defined by Group HQ (France).
* Participate actively in workshops with business, IT, security, and Group stakeholders.
IAM & IAG Process Design
* Design, document, and improve Identity Governance & Administration (IAG) processes, including:
* Identity lifecycle management (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
* Account provisioning & deprovisioning
* Access request & approval workflows
* Access reviews and certifications
* Segregation of Duties (SoD)
* Contribute to RBAC model design and implementation (main access model used by the customer).
* Understand and support ABAC principles where applicable.
* Ensure consistency across multiple target systems (on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments).
SailPoint IIQ & Technical Collaboration
* Play a key role in the deployment and follow-up of MVP1 on SailPoint IIQ.
* Work closely with developers, architects, and integrators to ensure correct functional implementation.
* Review and validate configurations, workflows, and SailPoint IIQ objects from a functional perspective.
* Support testing phases (functional testing, UAT) and defect analysis.
* Act as a bridge between business, Group, and technical teams.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
* Serve as a key interface with Group HQ in France, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
* Facilitate discussions between local entities, Group teams, and technical stakeholders.
* Prepare and present functional documentation, status updates, and decision materials.
* Proactively manage expectations, risks, and dependencies.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
* Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) – mandatory.
* Proven experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst on IAM or IAG projects.
* Solid understanding of:
* Identity Management
* Access Governance
* Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes
* Segregation of Duties (SoD)
* Strong knowledge of RBAC and good understanding of ABAC concepts.
* Experience working with multiple target systems (applications, directories, platforms).
* Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints.
Nice to Have
* Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
* Exposure to cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud identity concepts.
* Previous involvement in IAM migration projects.
* Familiarity with Group/centralized IAM operating models.
