To strengthen their team, they are looking for a M/F/X: QSHE-Officer As a QSHE Officer, you are responsible for drafting, managing, and coordinating various technical and quality documents. You also provide administrative support in the areas of safety, environment, prevention, GDPR, and sustainable entrepreneurship. Your responsibilities include: Gathering information, drafting and managing work instructions, packaging instructions, loading instructions, and related documents. Creating, requesting, managing, and following up on quality documents. Coordinating the management system of ISO documents in SharePoint and future software. Providing administrative support regarding legislation and regulations related to CE certification, technical files, GDPR, prevention, environment, safety, and sustainable entrepreneurship. Collaborating with internal and external parties. Monitoring and initiating updates and revisions within document management. Acting as a backup for the QSHE Manager. You hold a Bachelor's degree in an administrative-technical field or have equivalent experience. You have 3 years of experience in an administrative-technical role within a quality-HSE context. Your Dutch language skills are excellent. Knowledge of English and French is a plus. You have thorough knowledge of MS Office. You have basic knowledge of (quality) management systems. You have experience with document management and process instructions. You possess strong technical insight. You are analytical and able to distinguish between main and secondary issues. You are communicative and collaborative. You are structured and solution-oriented. You are goal-oriented and hands-on. You are independent and discreet.
