Responsibilities
1. Responsible for defining the project scope. In consultation with the client
2. Defining specific deliverables: what is complete when the project is finished?
3. Defining constraints (budget, planning).
4. Responsible for assembling and leading the project team.
5. Responsible for the technical design of the entire project.
6. Responsible for preparing specifications / tender documents for orders, engineering firms, and contractors (both internal and external).
7. Responsible for the selection of orders, engineering firms, and contractors. Also consider specific resources, e.g., designers, but also outsourcing (part) projects.
8. Directing and monitoring all resources, both internal and external.
9. Maintaining contact with the client throughout the project to capture and assess changes. If agreed upon, implementing them in the project (scope changes).
10. Reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
11. You have 3-5 yrs experience managing End-2-End projects with full responsibility (from pre-study till execution and delivery) as project manager.
12. You completed at least 5 relevant projects (K-0K) as project manager.
13. Good Knowledge and experience of all common project management aspects.
14. Experience with MS project or equivalent planning software
15. You have a technical background as (project) Engineer
16. You have a broad general knowledge of the different disciplines: Mechanics, elektricity, piping, Civil,…
17. You have knowledge and/or experience in the process industry
18. Academic thinking level (analytical but also helicopter view).
19. Technical knowledge such as electromechanics, chemistry.
20. Good reporting skills.

23. You can manage and coach a team
24. You are able to challenge your project team-members in the proposed solutions
25. You ask ‘the right’ questions at all times
26. You have broad experience and great interest in technology, engineering, and project management.
27. Dutch: fluent
