As part of ACENSI Belgium's growth, we are seeking a Front-end Developer (UX & Optimization focus)
Contexte
Within the Digital Delivery team, you will collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, SEO experts, and business stakeholders to enhance and optimize digital platforms.
Your role
* Optimize and update web pages following UX/UI, SEO, and accessibility best practices
* Ensure visual consistency across digital platforms
* Contribute to new features and improvements (personalization, search, etc.)
* Perform UAT testing, report bugs, and ensure high-quality releases
* Manage and optimize tag management systems
* Proactively suggest improvements and innovations
Your profile
* 5+ years of experience in front-end or digital roles
* Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript
* Experience with Bootstrap and BEM methodology
* Familiar with tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch...)
* Knowledge of SEO and web accessibility
* Understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile best practices
* Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore is a plus)
* Fluent in English + French or Dutch
