About the RoleAre you organized, customer-focused, and hands-on? As a Mail & Tracing Support Agent, you will be at the heart of our mail and tracing operations within the cargo environment. You ensure smooth mail flows, quick resolution of customer inquiries, and accurate information for the team.This is a temporary position, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience across our operations. Upon completion of this assignment, there is a possibility to transition into another department based on your skills and company needs.
What You'll DoManage and follow up on shared mailboxes (BPost, PostNL, airlines)Provide operational and administrative support to the Tracing DepartmentCoordinate tracing files and follow up on discrepanciesPrepare import invoicing and ensure proper administrative follow-up via CDA MailAgentSupport colleagues and Foremen in the Mail DepartmentApply operational security checks and ensure compliance with customs regulations
Who You AreMinimum 2 years of experience in air cargo/logisticsStrong organizational and communication skillsCustomer-oriented with a problem-solving mindsetReliable, discreet, independent, and a true team playerFluent in Dutch, French, and EnglishExperience with Cargospot and CDA MailAgent is a plus
