Of Tasks
As an external service provider, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Interaction with other business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers.
* Assisting DG ENEST in utilizing IT tools like OPSYS and SUMMA from the RELEX-family, and aiding in the onboarding of new IT tools through coaching, training, or written guidance.
* Facilitating the alignment of DG ENEST procedures and working methods with the architecture of new IT systems, ensuring business requirements are fine-tuned to meet DG ENEST's needs.
* Screening current administrative and financial procedures against the needs of new IT systems, proposing updates to procedural documents and checklists in compliance with rules and regulations.
* Providing input for the final business requirements of new IT tools on behalf of DG ENEST, based on screening outcomes of current administrative and financial procedures, and contributing to change management activities.
* Sharing knowledge on financial IT systems used by DG ENEST with stakeholders in a structured manner.
* Assisting in improving transparency and dissemination of information for internal and external communication.
* Helping with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs.
* Acting as a backup for IT financial systems permissions management.
* Conducting analysis of business requirements, documenting business requirements, and analyzing business models, processes, functional requirements, and business cases.

Specific Expertise:
* At least 5 years of specific expertise in Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems
* At least 5 years of specific expertise in Experience in Agile, PM2, Prince2, PMP, ITIL
* At least 5 years of specific expertise in Business Analysis in the context of management of Public finance
* At least 5 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab etc.)
* At least 5 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle
Following certificates & standards are considered an added value for the performance of tasks:
• Certified in PM2
• ITIL certification
• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
