What You'll do
We're looking for a Sales Representative / Revenue Manager to help us grow revenue by closing healthy, well-qualified B2B deals.
You'll work closely with founders and operations teams to ensure what's sold can actually be delivered.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end B2B revenue conversations from first call to handover.
Qualify prospects hard on fit, readiness, and operational reality.
Explain a complex system in simple, grounded terms.
Set expectations early and defend them when needed.
Work directly with founders and ops to ensure deals are executable.
Who You Are
5+ years in B2B sales or business development
Experience selling complex or high-ticket solutions
Comfortable with longer sales cycles
Strong discovery and communication skills
Honest, structured, and disciplined in selling
Preferred Experience
5+ years in B2B sales or business development.
Experience selling complex or high-ticket solutions.
Strong discovery and expectation-setting skills.
Comfortable working closely with ops and delivery teams.
Strong Plus
Experience in SaaS, logistics, ecommerce, or ops-heavy products.
Cross-border or regional sales exposure.
Startup or scale-up environment experience.
Compensation
Competitive commission (minimum of 60K USD annually for selling one client each month).
Commission tied to revenue collected, not contracts signed.
