As Franchise Order Operations specialists we focus on driving operational excellence for our Franchise Partners. We collaborate with cross-functional teams across corporate offices and the Distribution Centers to ensure execution of order management, returns management and consolidated reporting views for Levi Strauss & Co. Europe (LSE).
We are part of the Franchoise Trading team who focuses on optimizing stock turnover in the stores whilst optimizing sales and margin. We make sure there is steady product flow and we are constantly looking for opportunities to increase sales whilst meeting the needs of our consumers in different markets. Commerciality is our focus and we turn possibilities into opportunities into profit.
We're looking for a driven young professional with curious mentality and passion for innovation, willing to take initiatives to join the Franchise Trading Team in our European headquarters in Brussels.
ABOUT THE JOB
* You'll support to manage, track and analyze shipments and to the 320 stores across Europe
* You'll support to manage, track and analyze returns from our stores across Europe
* Close follow up on customer service activities, inbound/outbound with DC, initial allocation, in SAP and in retail management system
* Collaborate with internal teams, DC, transporters and Franchise Partners on operational solutions to cope with external constraints or disruptions (holidays, strikes, other events)
* Collaborate with the Franchise Traders to ensure good product representation on floor, on-time delivery drops, appropriate phasing of the deliveries
* You hold a degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Audit or related studies or you have finished your studies within the last year.
* You're passionate about operations and analysis and its application in Fashion and you are motivated to learn more about this sector.
* You're comfortable communicating effectively with colleagues and different partners.
* Skilled in analytics
* You're proficient in Excel (can perform complex functions), able to manage big database, and familiar with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's and complex data analysis.
* You have hands-on mentality, always ready to take on new challenges and finding new solutions to problems. You're a team worker, flexible and enjoy doing different tasks at the same time.
Start date: ASAP for 6 months.
