Are you fluent in Dutch or French and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join an international team and help provide top-quality assistance to customers across the Dutch or French market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
-Provide clear and accurate product and service information
-Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
-Maintain updated customer records and follow escalation procedures
-Achieve performance targets related to quality, satisfaction, and productivity
What Were Looking For:
-Native or near-native level Dutch/French
-Strong English skills (B2 minimum)
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Customer service experience preferred
-Comfortable with basic computer tools and CRM systems
-Willingness to work in rotating shifts
