We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Logistics Planner Assistant to support our team at Zeebrugge.
As a Logistics Planner Assistant, you will play a key role in the coordination and follow-up of vehicle deliveries from production to retailers.
You will work closely with logistics partners, shipping lines, external compounds, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate reporting, and efficient process execution.
This involves coordinating vehicle deliveries, monitoring and resolving delays, supporting shipping operations, tracking and reporting performance, and handling system tasks.
In addition, you will assist with launch campaigns and backlog recovery plans, as well as collaborate across departments to ensure smooth and timely vehicle distribution.
To be successful in this role, you will need analytical skills to develop and optimize logistics planning, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a proactive and solution-oriented approach, clear and professional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
You will also need flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment, solid Excel skills, and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate vehicle deliveries with logistics partners and internal teams
* Monitor and resolve delays, urgent cases, or blocked vehicles
* Support shipping operations, including booking, vessel planning, and volume updates
* Track and report performance using tools like Excel and Power BI
* Handle system tasks, such as vehicle release updates and follow-up on blocked units
