What Youll Do: As the E commerce Partnerships Manager,you will be responsible for developing and executing marketingstrategies for e tailers and para pharmacies. You will enhance theend to end online shopping experience, ensure brand consistency,and maximize customer acquisition and retention by optimizingpartnerships. Responsibilities: E tailer & Para PharmacyManagement Develop and maintain relationships with key e tailer& para pharmacy marketing account partners, such as Farmalineor Redpharma. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignmentacross all platforms. Oversee the creation and optimization ofproduct listings, ensuring accurate and compelling productdescriptions, visual assets (ACES), and other relevant content todrive conversions while adhering to platform specific requirements. Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings to maintain apositive brand image and address any issues promptly. E commerceStrategy and Planning Develop and implement a comprehensiveonline e tailer strategy. Build strong relationships with keye tailer and para pharmacy partners to optimize performance andensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements. Identify newonline opportunities for revenue growth, customer acquisition, andmarket expansion in the e tail and para pharmacy space. CustomerExperience Optimization Enhance the end to end customer journeyacross multiple (sales) channels, ensuring seamless navigation andshopping experiences. Collect and address customer feedback,ensuring excellent service on both the company website andthird party platforms. Price Monitoring, Competitive Analysis &Promotional Caigns Continuously monitor pricing from bothe tailers and competitors to ensure the Metagenics pricing strategyremains competitive. Provide regular reports on price comparisonsand propose adjustments as needed. Develop and implement tailoredbrand initiatives to increase brand awareness, sales volume, andrevenue through third party e tailers and para pharmacies,including pricing optimization, promotional caigns, and productplacement strategies.
