Senior Consultant - Transformation, you will support large-scale change programmes with high stakeholder complexity. You will play a key role in structuring, coordinating and ensuring the consistency of project management practices across the programme.
What will you do?
Support the project management team in the governance and execution of complex change, digitalisation, and new tools implementation programmes
Define, implement and ensure adoption of project management methodologies, frameworks and best practices (e.g. Prince2, PMBOK, Agile)
Establish clear standards and guidelines for project planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
Select, configure and manage project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project and related ecosystem)
Manage and maintain project documentation: Project plans, Risk registers, Decision logs, Governance and reporting materials, Ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility for all stakeholders
Collect, analyse and report project data: Progress tracking, Budget follow-up, Milestones and KPIs, Deliver accurate and timely insights to support decision-making
Support resource management: Resource planning and allocation, Capacity tracking, Resolution of resource conflicts
Contribute to risk management: Identify and assess risks, Define and follow mitigation actions
Structure and facilitate stakeholder management: Identify stakeholders, Define communication strategies, Ensure alignment across public entities, IT partners and internal teams
Support asset and configuration management practices (e.g. licensing, configuration tracking tools)
Your Profile
Entrepreneurial, structured, autonomous, solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
3–4+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or consulting roles, ideally within transformation programmes
Proven experience in complex stakeholder environments
Strong knowledge of: Prince2, PMI / PMBOK / Agile
Hands‑on experience with: Microsoft Project and MS Office, Project management and reporting tools
Fluent in Dutch (C2 level), English, and professional French (B1/B2)
Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and to bring structure in complex environments
Compensation
Gross monthly salary: €3,400 – €4,200, depending on experience and impact
