Talencia Consulting is currently looking for a service delivery manager for one of his clients.Location: Brussels Start Date: ASAPDuration: 6 months + Language: French and /or Dutch + EnglishHomeworking: Partially remoteAs the Infrastructure Services Delivery Lead, you will oversee the operational excellence of the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will lead a team of System Engineers, drive process efficiency, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and senior management.Mission:1. Team & Operational Leadership:· Lead and mentor a team of System Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.· Manage daily workflows, ensuring task prioritization aligns with business needs.· Act as a people manager, providing guidance and resolving conflicts when necessary.· Enforce adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.2. Service & Vendor Management:· Monitor service performance, ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance.· Collaborate with external vendors to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.· Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies.3. Performance & Reporting:· Track team productivity, budget adherence, and project timelines.· Generate performance reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency.· Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.4.
