Freelance Automation Engineer
to support ongoing production optimisation and automation projects across a high-volume processing site. This is a hands-on role working closely with maintenance, engineering and production teams to improve reliability, efficiency and performance of automated production lines. Key Responsibilities: PLC programming, troubleshooting and optimisation on production lines Supporting breakdown and continuous improvement activities Commissioning and modification of automation systems Working closely with maintenance and project teams on upgrades Ensuring minimal downtime across a fast-paced production environment Supporting installation and integration of new equipment Technical Requirements: Strong experience with
