* Serve as the main IT contact for Thailand office, ensuring stable and efficient daily operations.
* Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and workplace technology.
* Work closely with the global IT infrastructure team, following established standards and escalating issues as needed.
* Ensure compliance with global IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
* Coordinate IT asset management, including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment.
* Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup and equipment preparation.
* Troubleshoot issues locally without altering or redesigning global infrastructure.
* Maintain clear communication with local users and global counterparts to ensure timely resolution of IT matters.
* Proven experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of end-user computing, troubleshooting, and basic network fundamentals.
* Ability to work independently as the sole IT contact within the country.
* English communication skills - able to collaborate effectively with global teams and support users locally.
* Service-minded, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with enterprise environments and global IT governance is a plus.
