What You'll Do:
* Build and lead a team of IT Business Partners to serve as strategic liaisons between IT and various business units/stakeholders.
* Develop clear roadmaps for all functional areas in collaboration with BPO and other stakeholders.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships between IT and BPO, with increased focus on platforms and divisions.
* Strengthen partnerships with growing regions like LATAM and APAC, and engage in M&A activities for optimal IT integration.
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
* Work closely with IT delivery teams, including PMO and Architecture, to develop and implement IT solutions aligned with business goals and global IT application strategy.
* Align technology strategies with overall business strategy and drive digital transformation efforts.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar IT Business Partner or IT strategy role.
* Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies.
* Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
