About the role:We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This role is key in managing day-to-day accounting operations, streamlining processes, and providing insights that support business decisions.What you will do:• Lead daily accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations).• Interco reconciliations.• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.• Oversee and mentor accounting staff.• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.• Partner with auditors and external advisors.• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.What we are looking for:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ in a supervisory role.• Strong understanding of BEL GAAP and financial reporting.• Proficiency with the following software is a plus: Exact Online, Odoo, Zenvoices, and Excel.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.What we offer:• Growth opportunities and professional development.• Activeness in a motivating industry.• Competitive compensation and benefits package.• SME spirit and fast decision making.How to apply?Send us your CV and a cover letter to explaining why this position interests you.
