What You’ll Do
* Analyze, design, and test process automations on the ServiceNow platform (development handled by our Global Competence Center).
* Design and test integrations between ServiceNow (cloud) and other apps (on-prem/cloud) alongside the API Gateway team.
* Translate business needs into practical, value-driven technical designs.
* Tackle complex incidents and keep operations running smoothly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring solutions to life.
* Focus on analysis, design, and problem-solving—no scripting or programming required.
Who You Are
* At least 5 years of solid ServiceNow experience. ✅
* Strong analytical skills and technical understanding.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Curious about IT infrastructure and eager to keep learning.
* Pragmatic and solution-oriented, always aiming for fit-for-purpose results.
* Comfortable with JavaScript fundamentals or another programming language to understand technical concepts.
