We're hiring an Account Manager to join our Lightspeed Sales team in Ghent. In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with our existing customer base to strengthen relationships, grow accounts, and promote the full suite of Lightspeed solutions — including Lightspeed Payments, integrations, and POS upgrades.
What You’ll Do as an Account Manager
As part of our sales and customer success team, you’ll:
1. Sell Lightspeed Payments and additional services to existing customers
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts
3. Identify upsell opportunities and guide customers through upgrades to advanced POS platforms
4. Deliver tailored product demonstrations and communicate value propositions clearly
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
6. Track key performance metrics such as net retention and account growth
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an Account Manager who has:
7. Experience in account management, inside sales, sales development, or a similar quota-carrying role
8. A strong understanding of consultative, solution-based sales in a SaaS environment
9. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage sales pipelines
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with C-level stakeholders
11. Great organizational and time management skills
12. Fluency in Dutch, English and French (spoken and written)
13. Based in or near Ghent, Belgium (hybrid working environment)
