As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to take architectural ownership of their React ecosystem and work closely with the CTO to shape the future of their platform.

As Senior Front-End Engineer, you will partner directly with the CTO and play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining the front-end architecture of a complex SaaS product built with React and TypeScript. You'll combine hands-on technical leadership with mentorship and team-building responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Own and evolve the front-end architecture (React-based)
* Collaborate closely with the CTO on technical strategy and product direction
* Lead architectural decisions, ensuring performance and maintainability
* Write high-quality, production-ready code
* Run technical interviews and help scale the engineering team
* Conduct and contribute to thorough code reviews
* Mentor and coach front-end and full-stack developers
* Promote testing, documentation, and CI/CD
* Drive improvements in performance, accessibility, and security standards
Your Profile
* 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
* Deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
* Proven experience defining and maintaining front-end architecture in a SaaS environment
* Strong understanding of state management, component design patterns, and performance optimization
* Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
* Solid knowledge of testing frameworks and front-end best practices
* Experience conducting technical interviews
* Excellent communication xsgtzvk skills and mentoring mindset
* Experience in fintech or highly regulated environments is a plus
