We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who can translate our creative vision into a strategic and actionable brand plan — someone who balances intuition with analysis, creativity with structure, and storytelling with growth. Guided by the creative and visual direction shaped by our founder and creative director, Jennifer, you will bring this universe to life across every channel. Rather than defining the creative direction yourself, you will ensure that its expression is coherent, elevated, and impactful — turning vision into momentum, and momentum into meaningful brand growth.
Your Role
You will take ownership of the full brand and marketing plan and calendar, ensuring consistent and meaningful growth across all channels. You'll work closely with our founder and creative director, Jennifer, whose vision guides the creative and visual direction of the brand. Your role is to translate, activate, and scale that direction — turning it into campaigns, launches, content, and initiatives that deliver both short-term growth and long-term brand building.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Translating brand and business goals into a clear annual marketing plan and content calendar
, balancing long-term brand building with short-term momentum.
* Managing and aligning our branding agency, social media team, and ad agency
, ensuring synergy across all touchpoints — while also stepping in hands-on whenever needed to keep output flowing.
* Leading new collection launches and campaign execution
— from briefing creative teams to coordinating production, PR, and events, and actively supporting on-the-ground execution.
* Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies
to build visibility and emotional connection with new audiences.
* Managing the marketing budget smartly
— balancing investment between brand building, performance, and visibility.
* Developing performance insights and optimizing marketing mix and spend
in collaboration with our digital partners.
* Creating newsletters, simple visuals, social assets, and campaign materials yourself when needed
, ensuring brand consistency and maintaining momentum between agency deliverables.
* Coordinating with internal departments
to ensure alignment between marketing, design, and sales.
* Monitoring results, analyzing performance, and suggesting data-driven improvements

Your Profile

* Guided by intuition and feeling, yet able to use strategy and analysis to translate vision into measurable growth.
* Deeply creative, with a pulse on marketing, digital, and social trends — constantly exploring new ways to engage and inspire audiences.
* Experienced in brand management, ideally combining luxury and FMCG exposure, or with an affinity for luxury and at least 5 years of experience building brands.
* Skilled in influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, and brand collaborations, with a focus on creating meaningful brand experiences.
* Gifted with a refined eye and feeling for quality, luxury, and style, ensuring every touchpoint feels elevated and true to the brand's essence.
* Strong in coordination — able to manage agencies, budgets, and timelines with clarity, empathy, and good judgment.
* Naturally collaborative, open, and self-aware — someone who values personal growth and honest communication.
* Curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow Elliot & Ostrich beyond borders while protecting its soul.
