About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
* Manage job postings, advertisements, and social media promotions
* Source and screen candidates using various methods, including referrals, job boards, and employee networks
* Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best fit for the role
* Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
* Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
* University Master's degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, or a related field
* 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
