Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator, Machinist, Programmer, Plasma, Laser, Router, and Injection Moulding Machine Operator with a background in production engineering. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in CNC operations and injection molding, with a strong understanding of machine setup, programming, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC machines including CNC routers, plasma cutters, laser cutters, and injection molding machines.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality components.
* Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality and efficiency.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines and injection molding equipment.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes and improve product designs.
* Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
* 3-10 years of experience in operating CNC machinery or injection molding machines.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
* Strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
* Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
* Knowledge of injection molding processes and maintenance practices.
* Ability to perform quality control checks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Exp. in Setting / Operating skill in any CNC Machines (Laser, Plasma, Bench Brake, Router and etc)
5) INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE OPERATOR - 15 No's
Salary: EURO 1150 - 1250 + O.T (Rs.120000 - 130000 + 0.T Extra) + 2 months Annual Bonus

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
@ Working Hours: 40 Hours / Week and 176 hours per month
@ Over time: after 8 hours, works will be treated as Overtime and get extra pay.
@ If works on Saturday, Public Holiday - will be getting extra pay
@ Qualification: I.T.I, D.M.E – according to position
@ Experience: minimum 3+ years required
@ GULF / INDIAN EXPERIENCE – ANYTHING OK
@ Good communication skills
@ Food : Allowance will be given by the Employer + Kitchen facilities provided
@ Accommodation : will be provided by the Employer
@ Transportation : will be provided by the Employer

@ Contract Period: 1 + 1 year (extended further depends on mutual understand)

@ ANNUAL VACATION : 22 Days with 2 way airtickets
