* Review design plans, propose technical optimisations, and define commercial specifications.
* Develop, manage, and monitor construction budgets, costs, and timelines.
* Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other partners.
* Coordinate architects, contractors, and subcontractors during project execution.
* Act as the main point of contact for investors, stakeholders, and end clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
* Master's degree in Industrial Sciences, Construction, or Architecture.
* Proven experience in project management with a developer or contractor.
* Strong negotiation skills with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
* Experience on residential projects over 20 units and/or B2B projects (offices, warehouses, etc.).
