We are a textile company born in Seville more than 20 years ago, with presence in Spain, Europe, and Latin America through over 100 own stores and a solid online channel that connects us with customers worldwide. What are we looking for?
We are looking to incorporate a
Sales Assistant
for our store in Brugge, with availability of 30 hours in rotating shifts, for a period of 6 months. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.
Main responsibilities
* Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
* Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
* Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.
* Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.
* Be familiar with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.
