Ready to Join the Backstage Crew?
At Bleckmann, we’ve been delivering on promises since 1862. As a market leader in supply chain management for fashion and lifestyle brands, we keep the show running behind the scenes — from moving boxes to moving data, from pack & ship to IT and HR.
But we’re not just logistics experts. We’re The Backstage Crew — a tight-knit team of 6,500+ people who make fashion and lifestyle brands shine by doing the work that matters most, out of the spotlight but never out of impact.
Whether you're on the warehouse floor or behind a screen, you’ll find:
* Strong connections with colleagues who support and celebrate you.
* Fast growth in a company that’s expanding across Europe, the US, and Asia.
* High energy in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
* Guided freedom to take initiative, solve problems your way, and grow your career.
We believe in entrepreneurship, expertise, excellence, and engagement — and we live these values every day. From repairing returned goods to reducing waste, we help brands extend product lifecycles with sustainability in mind.
So if you’re ready to roll out the red carpet for our clients — and for each other — we’ve got a spot for you.
Behind the scenes is where the real excitement begins. Ready to join us?
We are looking for a Business Process Owner (BPO) – Office Warehousing & Service Delivery to strengthen our Corporate PMO / Process Office Warehousing team. Reporting to Bernard Van Causenbroeck, you will own and develop Bleckmann’s global back‑office warehousing processes and ensure their seamless integration with functions such as Finance, Customs, HR, Transport/Freight, and IT.
This is a strategic and process‑driven role—not a technical developer function. You will design, standardise, and improve processes to enable scalable operations and support our digital and AI transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Leadership & Standardisation (Global Scope)
* Harmonise back-office warehousing processes across regions (inbound admin, billing triggers, data quality, customs/freight coordination, etc.).
* Identify inefficiencies, local deviations, and improvement opportunities.
* Build a culture of continuous improvement through best-practice sharing.
2. Cross-Functional Process Integration
* Improve process interfaces between warehousing back office and Finance, Customs, HR, and Transport/Freight.
* Ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, controls, and service expectations.
* Facilitate and resolve process frictions between departments.
3. Process Documentation, Controls & KPIs
* Define and track process KPIs (quality, lead time, backlog, compliance, rework, etc.).
* Maintain a structured, high-quality process documentation repository.
4. Requirements Gathering & Business–IT Translation
* Capture stakeholder pain points and improvement needs.
* Translate business needs into structured requirements (user stories, use cases).
* Lead workshops and discovery sessions to ensure alignment.
5. Solution Design & Implementation Support
* Collaborate with IT, product owners, and external partners on solution design.
* Validate solutions from a process and usability perspective.
* Coordinate UAT activities and support successful rollouts.
6. Change Management & Community Building
* Drive adoption of standardised processes and supporting tools.
* Develop and maintain a community of practice for warehousing back-office roles.
* Ensure sustainable implementation through training, communication, and hypercare support.
7. Digital & AI Enablement
* Identify opportunities for automation and AI (OCR, workflow tools, predictive insights, exception management).
* Ensure processes are “digital-ready” and “AI-ready by design.”
* Act as a key business contributor to transformation initiatives.
