Youcombine technical affinity with a sharp focus, contributing to the achievement of ourambitious goals.Your role as Quality OperatorAs a Quality Operator, you are the final stop in our production and act as the guardian of ourproduct quality. You ensure that every product leaving the facility meets the higheststandards. You program, test, and fine-tune our motors based on strict protocols and specificcustomer requirements. This is a responsible position where you not only detect anddocument errors but also proactively support your colleagues to avoid them. You monitorefficiency and actively contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve our processes.In this role, your daily tasks include:Precisely programming and fine-tuning micro-motors according to test protocols.Performing quality checks to guarantee that every end product functions perfectly.Accurately documenting errors and analyzing quality incidents.Coaching and supporting operators to increase accuracy on the work floor.Monitoring and initiating improvement processes within the production team.Working at Xeryon: Innovation with impactXeryon is a fast-growing technology company based in Leuven that is changing the worldwith innovative micro-motors.
