At Sentiance, the Head of Marketing will execute and oversee Sentiance's global marketing strategy across demand generation, brand, product, and partner marketing. As a senior marketing professional, you will be responsible for building a marketing-led growth engine that accelerates our pipeline, drives self-service adoption, and positions Sentiance as the global leader in Edge AI for mobility and safety.
This is a strategic, yet hands-on role where you will work on, building the marketing function from the ground up using what is already here. You will define how Sentiance markets its technology to multiple audiences, from insurers and mobility leaders to developers and ecosystem partners. This role offers significant growth potential with a clear path to the VP Marketing position as the company and team scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Transformation & Strategy
* Execute 90-day transformation plan, rebrand messaging aligned with Sentiance vision and mission. Establish performance tracking frameworks.
* Growth & Demand Generation
* Build multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified pipeline, own MQL-to-SQL funnel velocity, deploy HubSpot (or similar) automation for lead nurturing, and drive marketing-sourced ARR growth across insurance, fleet, mobility, and wellness sectors.
* Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Partner Marketing
* Execute ABM campaigns for gig platforms and mobility ecosystems, develop joint programs with regional partners to accelerate deal velocity, and create partner enablement kits.
* Content, Brand & Communications Leadership
* Revamp content across all channels, position gig economy leadership through strategic storytelling, manage PR and thought leadership, and produce assets for investors, customers, and partners.
* Digital Automation & Technology Mastery
* Implement automation/AI tools for marketing execution, CRM integration, analytics, and lead scoring to drive efficiency and scalability.
* Budget Ownership & ROI Management
* Manage marketing budgets across paid, organic, and partner campaigns while tracking CAC, ROI, revenue contribution, and demonstrable business impact.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
* Build foundation for high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally on ICPs and pipeline goals, report to CRO with weekly growth syncs, and align marketing with company OKRs.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B or platform-centric marketing roles, with at least 3-5 years in senior positions.
* Proven success driving rapid growth in SaaS, mobility, AI, or platform sectors.
* Experience in scaling marketing efforts from €10M to €50M+ ARR.
* Experience managing cross-functional projects (website overhaul, sales enablement, content transformation), being in a global team and working with agency partners across EMEA, APAC and Americas.
* Skilled in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and ABM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
* Proficiency in social media marketing, SEO, GEO, and AI-powered marketing tools
* Experience with customer/market research methodologies, customer journey mapping and optimization
