This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders to deliver seamless employee experiences during acquisitions and integrations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate operational integration of acquired employee populations across EMEASupport benefits harmonization while ensuring regional compliance standardsManage and navigate Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes for inherited vendorsPartner with Payroll, HR, external vendors, and shared services teams to resolve escalated employee queriesAnalyze utilization and financial data to support executive-level decision makingAssist in developing employee benefit communications and engagement initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Experience in benefits operations/delivery and third-party vendor managementStrong Excel and data analysis capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyHigh attention to detail and strong confidentiality standardsPrior experience with Workday is advantageousBackground in HR, Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related fields preferred
