As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and validating data quality controls used in ALM reporting systems.
You will:
* analyze existing data quality controls
* understand data flows between systems
* identify anomalies and their root causes
* define and follow remediation action plans
* write business requirements for IT teams
* contribute to the definition of control roadmaps
* prepare and execute testing phases
* document processes and solutions
* improve reporting and monitoring tools (KPIs, dashboards)
* ensure regular communication with stakeholders
* contribute to Data Quality initiatives
Profile required
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within a banking environment
* Proven experience in Data Quality and ALM
Technical skills:
* SQL, Excel, Access
* Data analysis
Nice to have:
* Business Objects, Cognos
* Knowledge of banking accounting systems
Languages:
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Operational French (spoken)
* Analytical mindset
