We are looking for an experienced Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support our team's operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing documents, and handling travel arrangements
* Providing financial assistance with tasks like invoicing, expense reporting, and payment processing
* Supporting the prevention advisor role by managing health and safety documentation, coordinating with the occupational health provider, and organizing medical exams and trainings
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in French and English. Spanish is an asset. They should also be familiar with digital tools like Odoo, Google Forms, and Microsoft Suite.
