In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for our key clients, managing relationships while driving growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development. Working closely with customers, you’ll map their current security infrastructure, identify gaps or risks, and design optimized solutions from our portfolio: Video surveillance & access control ICT solutions such as servers, storage, virtualization, cybersecurity, networking You’ll create strategic account plans, focusing on long-term partnerships and value creation rather than one-off transactions. Your Profile: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent through relevant sales experience. You have a proven track record of at least 5 years in consultative B2B sales, ideally within the technology or service industry. You have a solid understanding of ICT solutions such as servers, storage, virtualization, cybersecurity, and networking, with brands like HP and Cisco considered a strong plus. Experience with security technologies such as video surveillance (CCTV), access control, and brands like NEDAP, Axis, Milestone, and Genetec is highly valued. You are results-oriented, dynamic, and have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. You demonstrate strong commercial acumen and are able to connect business value with technical features in a way that resonates with clients. You are skilled in translating complex solutions into clear, client-friendly language, and understand how to build long-term client trust. Your dynamic personality, professional presentation, persuasive skills, and negotiation abilities are key assets. You combine commercial flair and customer focus with technical insight, creating win-win solutions.
