Our client, a leading financial institution in Belgium, is on the lookout for a seasoned Social Media Manager to bring their corporate and executive brand voice to life. This is not your standard social media role here, your storytelling drives influence, shapes perception, and supports some of the most senior voices in Belgian banking.
You'll work at the intersection of strategy and creativity, directly managing the personal LinkedIn profiles of C-suite executives. Through your content, you’ll help translate corporate vision into authentic narratives that resonate deeply. If you’re passionate about telling meaningful stories, love working closely with senior stakeholders, and have an instinct for turning data into content decisions, this is your stage.
What you will be doing:
* Craft and publish compelling business and brand content tailored to C-suite LinkedIn profiles
* Develop professional, insightful and timely posts aligned with the company’s broader strategy
* Support and execute the overarching social strategy, guided by insights and performance data
* Spot and act on tactical opportunities to create real-time engagement
* Track content performance and continuously refine the content approach
* Collaborate across internal departments and agencies to source content and maintain tone consistency
* Stay ahead of platform trends and innovate content formats to drive engagement
What you bring:
* A deep passion for social media, particularly LinkedIn, and the role it plays in modern brand building
* Significant experience in PR and social media (in-house or agency), with a proven track record managing personal profiles for senior leaders
* A natural ability to translate strategic objectives into concise, clear, and engaging posts
* Excellent command of English with strong editing skills; working proficiency in Dutch or French
* Confident communicator able to interact clearly and professionally with senior executives
* Creative eye with basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite); capable of producing visual content independently
* Comfort with social media analytics platforms to monitor and guide content performance
* Strong collaboration and networking abilities to align content across stakeholders
* Ability to thrive under pressure, juggling multiple posts for 13+ executive accounts
* Independent, self-motivated and a team player in a small but fast-moving environment
* Experience in crisis communication and agile working methods (e.g. Wrike) is a plus
