Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.;
* Experience in subscription management, digital services, or portfolio/contract management roles;
* Knowledge of connected services and telematics platforms (Volvo Connect or similar) is a strong advantage;
* Hands‑on experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting and analytics tools;
* Familiarity with financial reconciliation, invoicing, and commercial KPI management;
* Lean or continuous improvement mindset;
* Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong advantage;
* Availability to travel across Latin America.
Activities
* Operations ownership — coordinate CIV Advisors and Connect support specialists, ensuring process adherence and team continuity;
* Invoicing & revenue control — oversee billing accuracy, activation records, and financial control of digital service subscriptions;
* Contract & activation management — ensure efficient onboarding and full lifecycle tracking of subscriber contracts;
* Retention & renewal — proactively engage customers before contract expiration to reduce avoidable churn;
* Usage monitoring & engagement — manage trial conversions, usage follow-ups, and post-expiration outreach to strengthen perceived value;
* KPIs & governance — maintain portfolio visibility through Power BI dashboards and structured commercial reporting;
* Dealer network support — provide tools, processes, and guidance to increase digital services adoption at dealerships.
