Project ONE will invest more than 3 billion Euro in a “state of the art” Ethane Cracker and the associated utilities, storage and energy (OSBL). The goal is to become ‘best in class’ within the European cracker industry, with safety and environmental standards that surpass those of existing competing crackers.
Position
We are looking for a Scheduler Static & Rotating Equipment for our maintenance department in Lillo.
Responsibilities
* Prepare the maintenance plan for short and long term, for both mechanical and static maintenance work.
* Initiate, monitor and close work orders in the EAM system (SAP) and manage the backlog.
* Consult daily with various stakeholders (production, team coordinators, …).
* Prepare maintenance works and ensure clear instructions, procedures and revision sheets.
* Coordinate the execution of preventive and periodic maintenance.
* Inspect the availability of necessary materials and monitor external support progress.
* Proactively contribute to issue analysis and seek structural solutions.
* Be able to quickly adjust your planning in case of emerging outages.
* Actively contribute to safety and environmental policy and foster positive collaboration among all parties involved.
Qualifications
* Graduate or A2 diploma in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in the (petro)chemical sector. pluspunt
* At least 2 years of experience with maintenance planning.
* Strong knowledge of EAM systems (SAP) and planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Projects.
* Understanding of mechanical and static maintenance and familiarity with work permits.
* Strong planning, organizing and communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to set priorities, think in solutions and maintain an overview, even under time pressure.
