(Senior) HR Technology Consultant (hybrid)

To strengthen our team in Belgium, we are seeking a driven, proactive, and skilled HR Technology Consultant to join our growing team.
Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and talent management systems.
* Provide expert advice on HR technology trends, automation, and best practices.
* Conduct system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration.
* Train HR teams and end‑users on new systems and functionalities.
* Stay up‑to‑date with the latest HR trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
* 3-8 years of experience in HRIS, HR, consulting, or a related role.
* Proven experience in HR technology consulting, HRIS implementation, or HR systems management.
* In-depth knowledge of HR software (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, AFAS, Cegid HR Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors).
* Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation strategies.
* Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced environment.
* An ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.
* A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and on assignments but also as part of a team.
* Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
