Job Description
Ensure robust financial controls, accurate accounting records, and asset protection
Oversee monthly management reporting and quarterly group financial submissions
Deliver clear financial analysis and commentary for internal and external stakeholders
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the region
Manage statutory accounts, board reporting, and local management reporting
Own the integrity, accuracy, and controls of the general ledger and accounting systems
Implement new accounting standards in line with group and regulatory requirements
Drive finance process optimization, efficiency improvements, and system enhancements
Act as a primary finance contact for group teams, auditors, and tax specialists
Support governance bodies including boards, executive committees, and control forums
Lead finance transformation initiatives, including internalization of outsourced services
The Successful Applicant
Certified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise
Proven experience in investment management or financial services
Strong ability to balance operational tasks with complex projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure with strong attention to detail
Proactive, hands‑on leader with a collaborative mindset
