KPMG People Advisory enables our clients' HR teams to be successful dealing with the people challenges in their organizations. As a Manager in the People Advisory team you will perform the following tasks:
4. Project Management:Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery;Provide clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and HR processes;Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.
5. Commercial Management:Engage in business development, from identifying leads to preparing and presenting pitches and proposals;Contribute to the development of KPMG’s service offerings.
6. People Management:As a performance manager, guide, develop, and motivate team members to unlock their full potential;Lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG’s quality standards;Experience managing small teams (1-5 people).

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for inquisitive, driven and enthusiastic colleagues, with an ambition to develop themselves, their customers and their colleagues. Colleagues that are able to drive behavioral change in innovative ways. In addition, we are looking for people who have the following qualifications, expertise, and skills:
7. A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Specialization in HR Management would be an asset;
8. Minimum 5 years of experience in an advisory and/or management role (Preferably from a Consulting company);
9. Strong proven experience in Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, Workday HCM;
10. Passionate about working with HR data and approach HR challenges in a data-driven way;
11. Commercial mindset, client-oriented together with a hands-on approach;
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities;
12. Ability to manage client engagements from start to finish while simultaneously managing a team to ensure successful delivery;
13. Play a pivotal role in driving and developing the team’s business development activities, supporting its growth and the expansion of its service offerings;
14. Participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience
15. Good networking skills and proven project experience in by preference large corporate and/or public sector clients
16. Fluency in Dutch, French and English
