Join the resource revolution Job Description As Service Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the administrative and customer-facing aspects of TOMRA's service business. This includes drafting & managing service contracts, processing orders and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. The role is critical to delivering a seamless after-sales experience. Key Responsibilities Contract & Order Management: Draft and prepare service contracts in line with company standards. Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of contracts in the ERP system. Monitor contract status and ensure timely invoicing, contract execution and delivery. Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service agreements, pricing and order status. Provide clear and proactive updates to customers and resolve inquiries promptly. Sales Support: Prepare quotations for service contracts in collaboration with commercial managers. Track and follow up on open quotes and renewals to maximize conversion rates. Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with internal teams ( Field Service Engineers, Tech Support, Planning, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of service activities. Maintain accurate records of service agreements and generate reports on service sales performance. Administrative processing and validation of Field Service Reports following customer visits, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation in compliance with company standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 5 years of experience in contract administration or customer service - preferably in a technical or industrial environment. German and English are mandatory, French is a big plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail. Technical affinity and ability to understand complex service offerings and communicate them effectively to customers.
