Senior Creative Producer
* Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid – required to attend the São Paulo office once per month)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Producer to support innovative advertising and branded content initiatives across the LATAM region. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, project management, digital advertising, and client consultation, partnering with top advertisers to develop impactful brand experiences and creative solutions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, creators, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
* Pitch, consult, and produce creative brand activations and advertising executions for leading LATAM advertisers.
* Guide advertisers and internal stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept development through execution and delivery.
* Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, creators, and cross-functional partners to develop innovative advertising solutions.
* Provide recommendations for creative optimization to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
* Support both repurposed and net-new content initiatives, including immersive digital experiences, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
* Manage production timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
* Identify and share best-in-class creative examples and industry trends to inspire future opportunities.
* Ensure all work aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
* Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
* 5–7 years of relevant experience within a creative agency, digital platform, brand marketing organization, or similar environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising ecosystems, and brand-agency-platform dynamics.
* Proven experience managing both large-scale and small-scale campaign production projects.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
* Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, clients, advertisers, and external vendors.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Comfortable making decisions independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to advocate for high-quality creative work that reflects brand standards.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with branded content, digital advertising campaigns, creative production, or integrated marketing initiatives.
* Knowledge of creative optimization strategies and performance-driven content development.
* Experience collaborating with creators, production partners, and external agencies.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
* Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
