ERP Implementation Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation project, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our Enterprise Resource Planning system.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and data structures to support ERP system configuration.
* Assist in liaising with ERP vendor(s) and implementation partner(s) to ensure system setup aligns with business needs.
* Participate in system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to identify potential issues before deployment.
* Data Preparation: Support data collection, cleansing, and migration efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Training Preparation: Help develop user training materials and readiness programs ahead of deployment.
* Change Management Support: Assist in communicating system changes and guiding teams through process adjustments.
* User Support: Serve as a first point of contact for end-user issues, troubleshooting, and guidance.
* System Optimization: Identify and suggest improvements to configurations and workflows based on user feedback and business needs.
* Ongoing Training: Deliver refresher training and support new hires in learning the system.
* Performance Monitoring: Help monitor ERP system performance, escalate technical issues, and collaborate with the IT team or vendors for resolution.
* Reporting: Assist in setting up standard and custom reports to ensure stakeholders have access to necessary data insights.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* At least 2 years in ERP support, administration, or a similar role.
* Experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar systems.
* Understanding of ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales.
* Familiarity with SQL, basic scripting, and system integration concepts is a plus.
* Must be fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with technical and non-technical users. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
