About Our Client
The client is a major event and infrastructure operator managing multiple large sites.
Job Description
* Lead and coordinate daily building maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective interventions.
* Manage and support a multi-disciplinary team of technicians and supervise external contractors.
* Plan maintenance schedules, track incidents through ticketing systems, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
* Oversee budgets, supplier contracts, and ensure SLA/KPI follow-up, including validation of invoices.
* Maintain building documentation, report maintenance activities, support internal stakeholders, and drive process optimisation.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong technical knowledge in building structures, materials, and construction methods.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
* Strong organisational abilities with a solution-driven mindset and resilience under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years in building maintenance or site supervision.
