As a Supply Chain Intern, you'll get a front-row seat to how a fast-scaling consumer brand runs its global logistics and customer happiness engine. You'll work in our Operations team by supporting the Senior Global Logistics Manager across multiple regions and 3PLs, and help uncover insights that shape how Loop delivers from warehouse to doorstep. It's a hands-on, high-impact internship where curiosity meets scale.
Work across global logistics, partners, and customer insights
You'll contribute to keeping Loop's global logistics network running smoothly and help us understand our customer experience on a deeper level. From analyzing carrier performance to identifying trends in customer feedback, your work will directly influence how we improve service, reduce friction, and enhance satisfaction worldwide. You'll learn how decisions made in Antwerp ripple out to millions of customers around the globe, and how precision, empathy, and structure turn complexity into impact.
You'll contribute to
* Monitor 3PL performance across multiple locations by reviewing orders, systems, and shipment tracking to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery.
* Verify and analyze invoices from carriers and logistics partners to uncover discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
* Review customer service tickets to identify recurring issues or regional trends, turning insights into actions that improve the customer experience.
* Support ad hoc operational requests such as B2B shipments, retail logistics, and fulfillment improvements that drive efficiency.
* Collaborate with teams across logistics, customer happiness, and growth to continuously elevate the full Loop experience.
Additional Impact Areas
* Ensure quality standards by cross-checking operations and making sure our customer happiness benchmarks are consistently met.
* Follow up on internal tasks and workflows to help the team stay on track and maintain high standards of workforce management.
* Translate campaign information into clear, actionable updates for external partners so they're always ready to make our customers happy.
* Support escalations from the customer happiness team, ensuring other departments are aligned and quick to help resolve complex cases.
