You have minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Specialist. You have strong experience working close to business stakeholders (not IT-driven environments). You are professionally bilingual in Dutch and French (both spoken and written). You have experience in complex organizations and stakeholder management. You have strong analytical skills and can translate needs into clear functional analyses. You are able to work both autonomously and collaboratively. You have experience influencing stakeholders and driving decisions. You are proactive, structured, and result-oriented. Knowledge of healthcare, mutualities, RIZIV or insurance domain is a strong plus. Experience with data-driven environments is a plus.
