You will be autonomous in the execution of your business plan, you will be able to define your marketing strategy in accordance with existing clients,
You develop your knowledge of your clients’ business & anticipate further innovation needs,
Together with the recruitment team, you establish a strategy for the search for new talent,
You manage the consultants' career on a long-term basis (with our support) & define his/her career path.
You have a very good knowledge in English and French or Dutch,
You have a Master’s degree in engineering, Business engineering or in Business and Administration,
You want to use your business / technical skills to create solutions,
You like to share your knowledge with likeminded engineers,
Great projects in Engineering and High Technologies through major players to develop your technical skills and hard skills
