Working closely with our HR Business Partner EMEA, you will support a wide range of HR activities; from recruitment and onboarding to HR administration, learning initiatives, and employee engagement.
This internship offers a broad view of how HR operates within a global industrial technology company and gives you the opportunity to work on real projects that matter.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
• Support HR administration (contracts, systems, employee data, payroll support)
• Handle employee inquiries and daily HR tasks
• Help maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist with job postings and candidate coordination
• Participate in screening and interview support
• Help prepare onboarding materials and improve processes
HR Projects & Engagement
• Contribute to initiatives that shape the employee experience
• Support learning & development and engagement programs
• Bring fresh ideas and collaborate on process improvements
🧩 Who You Are
• Currently a 3rd‑year Bachelor student (HBO/WO) in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar
• Available at least 6 months, ±25h/week
• Strong communicator in English and Dutch
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• A team player with a positive mindset and a willingness to contribute
• Excited to gain real HR experience in an international context
