Job Description
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and cost optimization goals
Manage and mentor a procurement team, fostering a high-performance and compliant culture
Oversee supplier selection, performance management, and risk mitigation
Ensure procurement policies, processes, and controls comply with internal governance and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and legal teams
Monitor market trends, supplier innovations, and cost drivers to support informed decision-making
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digitalization within procurement operations
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline
Minimum 10-12 years of procurement experience, with proven success in a senior or managerial role
Strong background in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of procurement governance, risk management, and compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in complex, fast-paced organisations is highly preferred
